Return & Refund Policy (90 Days) – Altbion

At Altbion, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy, allowing you to shop risk-free.

1. 90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

 

 


 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care/liquid containers

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

 

 


 

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at altbion.help@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping costs)

 

 


 

 

4. Returns & Refund Process

To start a return, contact us at altbion.help@gmail.com.

Once approved:

  • You will receive return instructions

  • Do not send items back without prior approval

After we receive and inspect your item:

  • You’ll be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

 

 


 

 

5. Return Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

For items over $75 USD, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We are not responsible for lost return shipments

 

 


 

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

We only replace items if they are:
